Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes at checkout.
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
  • Orders are confirmed via email once payment is successfully processed.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship within Canada.
  • Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days, as all chocolate is made fresh.
  • Tracking information is provided via email once your order has shipped.
  • Eat Dick is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Products & Allergens

  • Our products are novelty chocolate items intended as gag gifts.
  • Products may contain milk, soy, nuts, and other allergens. Please review product descriptions carefully if you have allergy concerns.
  • Product images are representative; actual products may vary slightly in appearance.

Refunds & Returns

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns.
  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will work to resolve the issue.
  • Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method.
